Meet Jess Rogers
I am a recently certified Home Decorator, recovering HR executive and second gen vintage hunter. My husband and I are on our 7th home together and over the years, I have honed my skills in making a house, a home. I am able to see spaces for what they could be, while not breaking the bank and not ignoring the reality of real life living with pets and kids.
I think that furniture is the beginning and the art, lighting and decor bring life and personality to a space…. that’s my sweet spot - giving a space the finishing touch!
I am a firm believer that friends don’t let friends have boring houses!
What’s my style?
Eclectic is an overused word but for me it means: mixing old with new both in placement and in use; industrial touches, mixing patterns, keep the house feeling light and bright with moments in every room that are interesting to look at and feels young and vibrant. I love layers and to mix high and low valued items in an unexpected way.
I believe your style should speak to you and yours - and for me, that includes finished legos on display in almost every room because that’s life these days and why pretend otherwise?

I can discuss how you use the space, come see what you have, move things around and put those finishing layers needed to make your room thoughtful, sophisticated and stylish. The collected look looks effortless, but it it’s not! I can look at your space with fresh eyes and help think through the space plan. I love using found objects - whether it is your grandmother's teapot, old family photos or something your husband made at camp - to add interest and pull it all together.

After a ton of searching, you can’t seem to find THE thing that will work in the right size, budget and style.
At Your Service:
I will do the leg work! I will come meet with you, discuss the look you are aiming for, measure it all and come back to you with a cohesive mood board. Once the mood is set, I will cull the herd of websites/ catalogs/ FB Marketplace etc. to come back with 3 options for each item. From there, you take back the wheel and order and implement at your leasure.

1 hour consultation + mood board per room + pinterest with one revisit = $950
